designing and making your own toy

‘Design-a-Toy’ workshop at The Lewisburg Children’s Museum in central Pennsylvania

The purpose of this half day workshop at the Lewisburg Children’s Museum was to unleash the natural curiosity, imagination and creativity of kids through toy design. Each kid ended the day having designed and built a toy to take home.

This design is a new type of mini-golf club.

The group was a given design challenges to prompt their creative problem solving. Scrap material was used to prototype their new ideas and test them out.
